At Maxima, we believe in building a strong mutual relationships with all of our customers. Our commitment to service, quality, attention to detail and honesty is paramount to our growing success.

Our return customers from all areas of France is testament to the quality, professional services we provide.


We specialise in working with customers from all over France and the World. Our customers trust our honest descriptions and we regularly sell items (from quick hitches to 40 tonne hydraulic hammers) without our cusomers seeing them in person before delivery is made. If you are interested in buying an item but are unable to come and see it and test it before delivery is made, we will do our best to tell you everything we can (including an open and honest description), photos and technical information.

Upon the agreement of a sale, we will send you a ‘bon de commande’ which you will need to check, sign and return to us (unless you are ordering through the internet where your order is taken as an acceptance of our terms and conditions).

We accept cash (up to 3,000 euros), all types of bank card, personnel cheques, business cheques, bank cheques and bank transfers.  We are also proud to be affiliated to the Agilore loan system for French registered farmers.

Maxima is unable to give credit. 

We do not accept overpayments and we will not return money to a different account - please do not ask.

Payment in full is required for all goods before delivery.

Collection and Delivery

Personal collection from our Sarlat depot is possible if the goods are in stock in our warehouse.  Please contact us in advance to ensure that the item you require is in stock.

Delivery is usually made by transporter (occasionally by Colissimo for smaller items).  Your goods will be despatched as soon as possible after payment.  Delivery time will depend upon the item that you order.  Please take into consideration that for certain items, the goods will be fabricated to your specific requirements.  If you need confirmation of a delivery date, please contact our office.  If there are any problems with stock, we will contact you immediately.


Returns are available for certain items.  Please contact our sales team to ask about our return policy for individual products.  Any item that has been made to measure (for example a quick hitch) cannot be returned unless of course it is faulty.  The customer is responsible for carriage on all returns.
